I need new bags ?

My waste is collected via containers but one of mine is damaged/broken ?

I must empty or replace my big container or compactor ?

I want to close my business for a specific period of time and do not want to have waste collected during this period ?

I must get rid of more waste than foreseen in my contract and therefore need one or more extra collection(s)?

I want to understand my invoices :

Please note :

  • The invoices are issued anticipatively by periods of 12 weeks.
  • The services of a contract always begin on a Monday and terminate on a Sunday...

o  Should a period of closed business be foreseen, it must be indicated to Bruxelles-Propreté before any invoice is issued that includes that very period.

o  Any end of contract must be indicated in writing to Bruxelles-Propreté (please see our terms and conditions.

I want to receive a copy of documents (invoice, credit note, account statement, contract) ?
