Further disruptions in the collection of bags

Due to the continuation of a strike action by one of the trade unions, collections of white and yellow bags are disrupted this Friday, January 31.  The municipalities concerned are:

White bags

  • Anderlecht: +/- 70% have been collected
  • Berchem: 100% have been collected
  • Evere: 100% have been collected
  • Ganshoren: 100% have been collected
  • Haeren : 100% have been collected
  • Jette: +/- 95% have been collected
  • Koekelberg: 100% have been collected
  • Molenbeek: +/- 95% have been collected
  • Woluwe-Saint-Lambert: +/- 60% have been collected
  • Woluwe-Saint-Pierre: +/- 95% have been collected

Some streets of Schaerbeek and Etterbeek collected on Friday have not been collected this morning.

Yellow bags

  • Anderlecht:+/- 70% have been collected
  • Berchem Sainte-Agathe:+/- 85% have been collected
  • Evere:+/- 95% have been collected
  • Ganshoren: +/-30% have been collected
  • Haeren : +/- 95 % have been collected
  • Jette: +/- 10% have been collected
  • Koekelberg:+/- 85% have been collected
  • Molenbeek:+/- 85% have been collected
  • Woluwe-Saint-Lambert: +/- 95% have been collected
  • Woluwe-Saint-Pierre: 100 % have been collected

The citizens whose bags have not been collected are asked, if at all possible, to take their bags inside until the next collection dates:

  • White bags : Tuesday 4 February.
  • Yellow bags : Friday 7 February.

The General Manager of Bruxelles-Propreté apologises for the inconvenience encountered by the inhabitants of the concerned neighbourhoods.
