Disruption of bagged collections

On Friday, October 16, a strike by management prevented the collection teams from carrying out part of their rounds.
 
The communes concerned are the following:
 
White bags:
 
  • Anderlecht: 85% of the white bags were collected
  • Berchem: 45% of the white bags were collected
  • Evere: 50% of the white bags were collected
  • Ganshoren: 70% of the white bags were collected
  • Haeren: 20% of the white bags were collected
  • Discarded: 40% of the white bags were collected
  • Koekelberg: 65% of the white bags were collected
  • Molenbeek: 60% of the white bags were collected
  • Woluwe-Saint-Lambert: 50% of the white bags were collected
  • Woluwe-Saint-Pierre: 30% of the white bags were collected
Yellow bags :
 
  • Anderlecht: 95% of the yellow bags have been collected
  • Berchem: 45% of the yellow bags were collected
  • Evere: 45% of the yellow bags were collected
  • Ganshoren: 98% of the yellow bags were collected
  • Haeren: 90% of the yellow bags were collected
  • Discarded: 90% of the yellow bags were collected
  • Koekelberg: 90% of the yellow bags have been collected
  • Molenbeek: 85% of the yellow bags have been collected
  • Woluwe-Saint-Lambert: 50% of the yellow bags were collected
  • Woluwe-Saint-Pierre: 50% of the yellow bags were collected
Green bags and orange bags :
 
Collections of these bags could also be disrupted this afternoon.
 
The municipalities concerned are: Anderlecht, Berchem, Evere, Haeren and Molenbeek.
 
Residents whose bags have not been collected are invited, as far as possible, to bring their bags back until the next collection:
 
  • White bags: Tuesday 20 October.
  • Yellow bags: Friday 23 October.
  • Green and orange bags: Friday, October 23rd.
Remedial tours will be organized according to the means available.
 
Collections in containers
 
Container collections are partially impacted by this strike movement, impacted customers will be collected during the next passage.
 
Removal of bulky items from homes
 
Half of the teams are carrying out the missions with the inhabitants who have made an appointment for this Friday, October 16.
 
Recypark
 
All regional Recyparks are open and operating normally throughout the day.
 
PROXY CHIMIK
 
This Friday afternoon's feed points are normally insured.
 
Aware of the difficulties encountered by the inhabitants of certain districts, the Directorate General of Brussels-Propreté asks them to accept all its apologies for these disturbances beyond its control.
